The Honorable Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Maulvi Nida Mohammad Nadeem Sahib, during his official visit to Sar-e-Pul province, inaugurated and commissioned major projects at Sar-e-Pul University worth about 40 million Afghanis. He also addressed a large gathering at the university.
The program, which was held at Sar-e-Pul University, was attended by the Deputy Governor of Sar-e-Pul Province, the Police Chief, members of the Ulema Council, professors of the Jihadi School, a large number of heads of provincial departments, the university leadership board, professors, hundreds of students and administrative staff.
The Minister of Higher Education, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Maulvi Nida Mohammad Nadeem Sahib, in his speech, while providing a series of valuable guidelines to students, spoke comprehensively about the importance of education and students, student responsibilities and the issue of enemy identification.
Emphasizing the value of knowledge, he said: “The salvation and success of this world and the hereafter depend on knowledge and education.”
Sheikh Sahib Nadeem added in his speech that the educational system, facilities, professors, heads, ministry, your families and all of us are at your service. Addressing the students, he stated that your youth and age are very valuable and we ask you to value your time and make the utmost effort and effort.
Wazir Sahib also advised the students to know their enemy and said: “The enemies of Islam are trying to make you disbelieve in your religion and belief and are pursuing various plans for this purpose.”
He added that one of the signs of a Muslim’s faith is to be hostile to the enemies of God and to keep oneself away from the habits, morals, beliefs and appearances of the infidels and to strictly avoid friendship and association with them.
Sheikh Sahib Nida Mohammad Nadeem, at the end of his speech, emphasized that students should realize the value of Islamic culture and implement it in all areas of their lives.
After the end of the program, the Honorable Minister of Higher Education, along with the officials of Sar-e-Pul University, inaugurated and commissioned projects worth about 40 million Afghanis.
These projects include the inauguration of the Silbar Canal and the unfinished building of the Faculty of Geology and Mines, as well as commissioning the parking lot and internal roads of the university.
